Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Performance
Media to oversee digital media campaigns for entertainment,
culture, and lifestyle clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide team members in implementing strategies and executing
campaigns
Monitor daily campaign performance and identify actionable
optimizations
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand standards and
customer experience are met
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital media strategy, planning, and buying
experience
Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ad platforms
Experience in planning and executing large-scale, multi-channel
media campaigns
Knowledge of ad serving tools, pixel tracking, and event setup
Previous experience working with entertainment brands is a plus
