Responsibilities include managing daily restaurant operations, training staff, and adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines. * Managing daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
* Training and developing staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines, including food handling and waste disposal
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Collaborating with the chef and kitchen coordinator to ensure timely and accurate ticket times
* Managing employee performance and providing feedback and coaching
* Identifying and addressing performance problems and taking corrective action when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including inventory and sales data
