Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of RCM Operations to manage
revenue cycle operations for healthcare provider customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a remote team of revenue cycle associates across
various functions
Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing,
coding, and denial management
Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and
relationship management
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in revenue cycle operations within a
healthcare provider or outsourced vendor organization
Proven experience managing revenue cycle teams and driving
operational performance
Experience managing offshore revenue cycle teams
Strong familiarity with EMR systems and billing platforms,
including Epic, Cerner, and/or Meditech
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a
related field (Master's preferred)
