Engage in daily operations to prepare for Store Manager role
Execute organizational directives
Develop teams to maximize potential

Responsibilities:
- Previous big-box retail management experience required
- Entrepreneurial spirit and sound decision-making
- Open to relocation for promotion
  
  Compensation: $70,200 - $74,100 annually, plus bonus. Benefits:
