Locums - Portage, Wisconsin, Family Medicine Opening (IMLC Accepted)Clinical Role:

  • Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
  • Call is 1 weekday a week (24 hours) plus 1 weekend per month Friday 0700- Monday 0700
  • This call is telephone call plus in person nursery coverage
  • We average 0-1 deliveries on average per shift and less than 100 annually
  • Clinic Schedule is 8 am-4:30 pm and are willing to be flexible on number of days per week
  • The practice coverage will be primarily adult patients
  • We would consider an Internal Medicine with Peds
  • EMR: Epic
  • Assigned/Unassigned Patients
  • Patients Per Shift: 18
  • Beds in Facility: 30
  • Board Certified - Required
  • Active WI License - Required or IMLC
  • NRP, BLS - Required
  • Call Type: Beeper
  • Call Response Time Required: 30
