Nurse Practitioner- Geriatrics/Skilled Nursing Facility ProgramDean Medical Group- Madison, WI Market This full time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner opportunity serves the Madison market, and offers the opportunity to join our nursing home team. The Madison market includes Madison, the greater Madison area, Sun Prairie, Stoughton, Oregon, Verona, & Waunakee. Opportunity Highlights:

• Mature Epic EMR with individual optimization to improve efficiencies Qualifications:
  • AGNP highly preferred; open to considering an FNP as well
