Job Description:

Job Summary: 40hr/wk, 4-10hr days, 0650-1720 or 0850-1920, for Registered Nurse in Operating Room at Children's Wisconsin - Milwaukee Campus.

Required Certifications: AHA BLS, Unencumbered WI or Compact RN license.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years OR experience.
- PEDS experience is REQUIRED.
- Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, social candidates.
- Shift and Schedule:
  - 4-10hr days 0650-1720 or 0850-1920, depending on department needs.
  - 2 weeks of M-F 0650-1520 for orientation.
  - On call/Call-back: Call is a minimum of 1 weekday per week and every 4th weekend (Friday end of shift-Monday 0700). Call response time is 30 minutes.
  - Weekends: call rotation only.
  - Holidays: as needed.
  - Other:
    - Flu vaccine is required.
    - Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where the unit is closed and orientation week.
    - EPIC System.
    - Scrub colors: any color, just not all black.
    - Single small stud in the nose is permitted. No other visible body piercings are acceptable.
