Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment/Eligibility
Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Research and reconcile enrollment errors using system information
and CMS records
Prepare and maintain new member or group enrollments and respond to
eligibility inquiries
Analyze transactional data and submit retroactive eligibility
changes as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ year of experience in an office setting using a telephone and
computer
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and strong keyboarding skills
Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during business
hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
