Order Processing Administrator

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Order Processing & Licensing Administrator to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process incoming orders and manage license provisioning
Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve order-related inquiries
Monitor license usage and expiration dates, providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
3+ years of experience in order and license processing or customer service
Experience with SaaS platforms or ERP systems is a plus
3+ years of experience using Salesforce.com
Experience with quote and order form creation and non-standard agreements
