Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance
Specialist to assist with the implementation and maintenance of its
Compliance Software Program.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of the Compliance
Program, including training and oversight activities
Participate in compliance investigations and document compliance
activities in the Compliance Software Program
Support the execution of the Annual Compliance Work Plan and manage
third-party consultants/vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent
experience
Minimum of six years of experience in compliance programs within
healthcare organizations
Expert knowledge of state and federal healthcare statutes,
regulations, and policies
Preferred experience with NCQA credentialing accreditation and
Medicare/Medicaid compliance
Experience in Managed Care Compliance
