Senior System Integrator (SQL, Data Analysis/Mapping/Conversion)

This role will support/lead the technical design and implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems with a focus on delivering efficient, reliable, resilient, scalable, and high performing solutions. The resource is accountable for partnering with various teams (internal and 3rd party technical teams) in identifying options, driving reviews and detailed analysis, developing solutions and providing technical direction.

Partner with product team, product owners, engineering leaders and architects to analyze and help derive solutions
Work with scrum masters and product owners to help build the muscle on Agile backlog grooming and co-lead grooming sessions
Manages complex troubleshooting efforts that cross multiple platforms and technical disciplines
Recognizes and implements automation opportunities
Leverage analytic and technical skills to implements standard patterns and solutions to increase design and implementation efficiency
Build well-managed data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
Partner with the business to provide consultancy and translate the business needs to design and develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
A clear communicator across diverse organizations including technical, project, and business resources verbally and through written documentation
Very strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal IT, third party vendors and business partners

At least 3 years of experience with systems analysis and integration --
Bachelor's Degree
-2+ years of scripting experience in Python and SQL
-2+ years of experience with Agile

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Illinois (Hybrid On-Site): $125,000 - $142,600 for Senior System Integrator


This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
