Job Description:

Support bartenders in delivering exceptional guest service at One Off Hospitality. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and assist with prep tasks.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional image
  • Attend to guest requests and communicate with servers, bartenders, and managers
  • Keep service stations clean and organized
  • Assist with housekeeping and maintenance tasks
  • Restock supplies and retrieve ice as needed
  • Assist bartenders with bar prep and pre-bussing
  • Hand wash and polish glassware
  • Collaborate with team members and adhere to safety and sanitation policiesRequirements:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • ServSafe and BASSET certifications
    • Ability to handle stress and work independently
    • Willingness to maintain a clean and healthy work environment
