      Requirements:

      • 
        Active Unrestricted IL License
        
        
      • 
        BLS by American Heart Association - required
        
        
      • 
        Graduate of an CAAHEP-accredited Surgical Technology program required OR program currently participating in accreditation process
        
        
      • 
        High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
        
        
      • 
        Must have at least 2 - years experience in large OR. Ortho, ENT and/or vascular experience a plus
        
        
      • 
        Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
