Job Description:
Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Airport
Maintenance/Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation
of our airport facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for managing all aspects of airport operations, ensuring compliance
with safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer
service.Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise airport staff,
including maintenance, facilities, and administrative personnel-
Manage airport facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and
functionality- Oversee industrial maintenance activities and
coordinate repairs as needed- Fabricate solutions to address
maintenance issues efficiently- Utilize mechanical knowledge to
troubleshoot equipment problems- Communicate effectively in English
with staff, passengers, and stakeholders- Utilize Computerized
Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient maintenance
tracking- Implement maintenance management strategies to optimize
airport operations- Maintain low voltage systems within the airport
premisesSkills:- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing
airport operations- Proficiency in facilities management to ensure
smooth facility operations- Strong background in industrial
maintenance practices- Ability to fabricate solutions for
maintenance challenges- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
equipment issues- Proficient in English communication for effective
interaction with stakeholders- Experience with CMMS software for
maintenance tracking- Knowledge of maintenance management
principles to enhance operational efficiency- Ability to maintain
