Job Description:
The City Life Operations Director will oversee programming and
logistics for the City Life Center. Working under the supervision
of the Director of Ministry and in conjunction with the City Life
team, the City Life Operations Director will coordinate ministry
operations. The City Life Operations Director will implement
programming to address the primary holistic needs of 11-19 year
olds, equipping and empowering them to become transformed lifelong
followers of Jesus, through comprehensive ministry
efforts.Essential Job Functions and Duties
- Oversee City Life operations team and ministry activities at
the City Life facility multiple evenings a week.
- Organize and develop programming schedule for City Life
Center.
- Empower operations team and volunteers to implement scheduled
programming.
- Collaborate with City Life Ministry Director to create synergy
between outreach and programming efforts.
- Champion safety standards and adhere to best practices and
processes to ensure safety of all at the City Life facility.
- Coordinate supply infrastructure in connection with the City
Life Volunteer Coordinator.
- Develop a cleaning schedule to ensure City Life facility is
properly cleaned and maintained.
- Participate in weekly City Life team meetings focused on
developing creative programming, assessing ministry needs, and
praying for ministry vision.
- Collaborate with the City Life team and Director of Ministry on
developing ministry goals for City Life and mapping out steps for
achieving these meaningful goals.
- Champion YFC Ambassadors initiative among current and
prospective volunteers and donors.
- Collaborate with the Development Director in an effort to
execute See the Story events that highlight what's happening at the
City Life facility.
- Actively participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas to
enhance the mission of YFC.
- Assist other staff members when necessary in the development
and implementation of ministry and personal spiritual growth.
- Refer to the Knowledge Base standards, processes & best
practices in coordinating efficient and effective ministryAll YFC
regular full-time employees will be given the opportunity to be
involved in the Stewardship functions of YFC/USA. These
opportunities could include fundraising events, YFC donor contacts,
and other opportunities as provided.Spiritual

Gospel of Jesus Christ to young people and their families, and in
that regard to make, educate and encourage life-long disciples of
the Lord Jesus Christ, it is very important that you as an employee

Education
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
